Bad ice cream and bad service

Right in the heart of PS ♥ ️ ... Good location ... Has everything you would expect from an Italian ice cream parlor 😎

Ice cream and coffee was delicious. Business model with "Every ice cream cup costs the same" (6 €) takes some getting used to. Not an option for the small budget. We have to deduct points because the Nutella ice cream contained whole hazelnuts. (Our son wasn't so happy)

Ice cream from our own production, always friendly!

The eis spaghetti erdebeere was not very flavorful. The whipped cream in the middle made the ice cream around it feel like it has been curdled and was crunchy, and it was overall not worth the price. May try eating here again, but will not get the eis spaghetti. Bonus points: we sat outside which ended up being infested with bees with bee catchers all around the building canopy. Once we were done eating we rushed out because we could not relax at all here.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree to the assessments otherwise given here. I don't like to say anything negative about the quality of the ice cream, but I have already eaten much better ice cream and the ambience of the presentation of the ice cream and ice cream cafes as such can be experienced much better elsewhere. What the boss personally experienced for me and my wife was really the lowest level. We had ordered two strawberry cups "without" cream on July 11, 2020 and asked when we ordered whether there would be an additional scoop of ice cream (as is often the case elsewhere). We didn't get an answer. The boss pretended not to understand us properly. We then ordered 3 scoops of ice cream of your choice, since we assumed that 3 scoops would be normal at a price of € 6 per cup (and then the price of the cream would be deducted afterwards). When it came to paying, we should now pay € 12 together. When I asked if a mug without cream was as expensive as it was with cream, the boss replied that we had been given an extra ball. But we didn't have it. There were only three balls, as we had ordered them. When we noted this, he went to the store to ask his wife how many balls we would have gotten. In response we received that his wife had even served us five balls. Then we felt a lot of arming, especially since the tone was already very unfriendly. There was obviously no further demand here and we didn't want to let the start of the holiday go bad and then paid the requested € 12. However, I then pointed out that I would leave a corresponding note on Google Maps. From that point on, the last bit of friendliness was over and there was a scream of zeter and murder. I've rarely seen anything like it! Unfortunately, you cannot award less than one star. I would otherwise assign -5. Absolutely NO recommendation! Here you are ripped off!

A beautiful ice cream cafe with a great flower terrace. You immediately notice the boss not only has an ice finger no, but also a green thumb. It is always a pleasure to be a guest, there is always something to laugh about. My wife has never had to leave the place crying, but she can behave herself. CONCLUSION Bring a little decency and understanding and everyone is very satisfied.

Highly recommended for a trip

For me one of the tastiest ice cream shops in the region. Great selection of ice creams, delicious sundaes with lots of fresh fruits and everything at reasonable prices. Nice owners and the whole family works with. When the weather is fine, you can sit in the covered outdoor area and watch the hustle and bustle on the main street. Also parking is available in the vicinity sufficient. In winter, the ice cream shop is closed for a few months.
